3. Payment Terms

Secure Payment Processing: All payments are handled via secure, encrypted gateways (Stripe for card payments, crypto options available). Credit/debit card information is never stored on our servers.

Package Selection: Users select packages (Basic, Standard, Premium, Platinum) with clearly stated features and pricing.

Confirmation & Billing: After payment, a confirmation email with order details and receipt is sent. This email is the proof of purchase.

4. Delivery of Reports

Email Delivery: Reports are delivered via the email provided during checkout.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Nature of Service

Reports are digital and delivered electronically. Once a report is generated, it cannot be returned, and refunds are generally not available.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment is confirmed and processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Exceptions

A full refund or replacement report will be provided only if:

• Customer is charged but does not receive the report due to a technical error on our side.
• System errors prevent report generation.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers must review package details before purchase.
• Global Ride Report is not liable if a customer changes their mind after receiving the report.
• Customers are responsible for correct VIN/HIN/Plate number entry.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

• If a chargeback is opened before contacting us, we will still provide backend evidence (IP, timestamp, email, VIN/HIN, payment status) to the payment processor.
• Fraudulent disputes may lead to service denial and potential legal action.

Reports are compiled from verified sources. While we aim for accuracy, completeness or error-free data cannot be guaranteed.

Reports are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional inspections or independent verification.

Global Ride Report is not liable for financial losses or decisions based on report content.
